Our Franchise Process
Our franchise process is designed to give you a large amount of information about the tumble & tea cafe opportunity in a well organized, easy to understand and manageable process. We have divided our process into 6 separate sections.

Our franchise process will take from 4-6 weeks and is designed to provide you will all the information needed to make a well educated decision about starting your own cafe.

Step 1- Questionnaire
Congratulations! You have almost completed step 1. Read the next few pages and complete your questionnaire. After we have received your questionnaire, our franchise consultant will contact you to set up your first conference call. 
                                                              
Step 2- Concept
This conference call will provide you with information on who we are and what makes us different. At the end of the call we will send you our application. The application must be completed before we move to step 3.

Step 3- Revenue Streams
We will review the different streams of revenue possible with owning a tumble & tea cafe and review your initial investment line by line. We will provide you with a copy of our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) and our Franchise Agreement.

Step 4- Services
By far the most informative step, we will review all the services we provide you, our franchisee, and the benefits of being part of our team.

Step 5- Real Estate & Design
You will have a conference call with our designer to discuss our new custom designs and review retail locations available in your area.

Step 6- Join the Team
After you have completed our franchise process and we have reviewed your application and references, you will be invited to our corporate offices in Berkeley, California to be awarded your tumble & tea cafe franchise.
You will also complete your initial training and we will get you started to open your business right away!
